Does It Work?
Any provider of a pre-employment psychological profiling system
should be able to demonstrate that the people
who are hired with the system become better performers than those hired without
the system.
A potential provider should also be able to
demonstrate that investment in psychological profiling will return concrete,
measurable financial rewards.
We have conducted numerous Australian research studies. As a group, these studies demonstrate:
- Applicants hired using our methods will have reduced sick leave, reduced
Worker’s Compensation Claims and reduced turnover
- Using our tools will result in a Return on Investment of between 1500% and
3000% over the first two years. This means that potential clients can expect to
save a minimum of $15 for each $1 invested in profiling.
