SafeSelect is headed by Dr Ken Byrne, a Forensic and Clinical Psychologist with over 30 years experience. He is the author of “Hiring: Strategies For Success” (1990) and “Seven Secrets For Hiring The Best People” (2007).
Since 1979 Dr Byrne has been actively involved as a consultant and a researcher in the psychological assessment of job applicants to high risk positions. Ken has served as a Guest Lecturer with the Australian Advocacy Institute, the Victoria Police Prosecutors Course, the Victoria Bar Readers Course, the Victoria Police Program in Audio and Video Taping of Evidence, and the Graduate Program in Forensic Psychology at Monash University.
With 29 years experience specialising in the psychology of hiring staff, Dr Ken Byrne is Australia's pre-eminent expert in evaluating people for jobs that require protecting the safety of people.
